Where's my order?
There are a few ways you can track your order:

Leave a message on live chat.
Fill out our contact form on the 'contact' page.
Simply quote your order number & we will respond within 48 hours.
Alternatively, if you chose tracked delivery - a tracking number will be sent to you shortly after your order has been shipped, so you can see your parcel each step of the way!
What does 'zero waste' mean?
Zero waste pattern cutting is implemented to minimise waste during the production process. We work with local seamstresses to ensure our fabrics are used in a sustainable way. We cut close to the edge of the fabric and keep all off cuts to re use in the making of other products. This technique was used across our 'Zero Waste Accessories' collection.
Can I return an order?
♥ Get in touch via email, contact form or social media within 7 days of your product arrival to qualify for a refund.
♥ If you need a different size, we would be happy to exchange your item, free of charge.
♥ Refunds will not be granted on any items damaged by the owner's own fault.
Custom Garments Only:
Customs are non-refundable as they are designed for the individual. If you have any problems we want you to feel secure in your purchase so:
♥ Within the first month we offer a complimentary send & mend service. This means if you have any issues with your product you can send it & we will mend it! Please note: This can't be used for damage or staining caused by the owner. It may only be used due to a manufacturing fault.
♥If you have the wrong size, we are more than happy for you to return the product and we will amend and issue one replacement order.
Influencer Gift Terms: Influencer gifts are awarded in exchange for the permission to repost content to use in advertising. We will only repost any imagery including our products that you have either posted or sent to us via DM. One image minimum including any of the products from your purchase is requested to be styled and sent to us in exchange for this gift to help us spread the word!
Do you do custom orders?
We will try our very best to complete your request, and anything that can't be made in house will be discussed with local seamstresses to try and achieve your piece. Collaborating with others at Uptoonfunk is something we like to actively engage in and we will credit whoever has helped us create your product.
Each custom is different, the timescale will depend on fabric stock levels, product and volume of orders. Your estimated timescale will be quoted to you prior to your purchase to make sure you are happy with how long it will take.
