Shipping Policy

Delivery times are estimated from your dispatch email. A dispatch email is sent after your order confirmation, which will outline production times if you have selected a custom piece or made to order item.

 

If your item is in stock, it will be dispatched within 24 hours of your purchase.

UK Standard: 2-3 working days. 

UK 1st Class: Next working day.

International Tracked: 5-7 working days.

 

International Untracked: 5-10 working days.

*For deliveries outside of the UK we recommend tracked delivery as this covers for loss and damage. International Untracked delivery is selected at the consumers risk and we unfortunately can't be liable for damage or loss in this circumstance. Proof of postage receipt is provided for untracked delivery for security purposes.

If in any case you do not agree with the production time of your item, you can claim a full refund if we are notified within 24 hours of your confirmation. After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and unable to be cancelled.

Coronavirus

All items are fully sanitised prior to postage and extra precautions are taken during the packaging of your products.

 

Due to current government guidelines there may be some delays on the postage of your item dependant on Royal Mail's current policy & updates.

Return & Exchange Policy

♥ Get in touch via email, contact form or social media within 7 days of your product arrival to qualify for a refund.

♥ If you need a different size, we would be happy to exchange your item, free of charge. 

♥ Refunds will not be granted on any items damaged by the owner's own fault.
